OCEANSIDE POLICE & FIREFIGHTER UNION PUBLIC CORRUPTION CONSPIRACY BANKRUPTING ANOTHER CITY

The Oceanside, Ca. Police and Firefighter Unions four years of continuing public corruption conspiracy with the City Council, in election fraud, massive evidence tampering, and its cover up, has now pushed the city into the top thirty financially distressed cities in California. All of which are moving toward bankruptcy, just like the already bankrupt cities of Stockton, and San Bernardino. All with out of control expanding public union financial obligations, many of which are the direct result of first responder union organized crime, and criminal conspiracies.

The first responder unions criminal assault on the public treasury in Oceanside, CA. has produced an estimated $5 million in new debt from the 2009-2010 election fraud conspiracy, and $36.8 million in pension obligation bonds, issued to pay for, and cover up, the first responder unions election fraud, and evidence tampering public corruption. Oceanside's Police and Firefighters, in conspiracy with the City Council cover up, have pushed Oceanside's non-union citizens over the financial cliff for GREED and political gain, while major news media organizations directly conspired with unions for cash payments.

The city's visible, and hidden debt, has become so deep with citizen financial obligations, to corrupt police and firefighter unions, that Moody's Investors Service lowered the credit rating on Oceanside's $36.8 million in pension obligations bonds. This means future investors will have lowered trust in the city's ability to pay the promised money, and higher interest rates in the future, to refinance, or issue new city loans, which means more debt, as a direct result of public union criminal corruption.

The Oceanside debt increases, are not limited to just the additional interest, or the expanded first responder pay and benefits, from election fraud. The new expanded benefits were obtained through public corruption, from a city already in debt, from its existing public union obligations. The associated Police and District Attorney evidence tampering conspiracies, and their cover up, to protect the election fraud, and other on going criminal operations, also has huge additional, and hidden financial obligations, that are ticking financial time bombs, for the citizens of Oceanside.

Large numbers of citizens are being falsely arrested, prosecuted, and jailed, for crimes they did not commit, while large numbers of Oceanside Police Officers, and San Diego District Attorneys, conspire to hide, destroy, and manipulate the evidence that will clear innocent citizens, and convict the Police and District Attorneys.

Criminal and Civil Courts, are even being manipulated in murder cases by District Attorneys, to protect the corruption, and stay out of prison. The hidden civil litigations cost, and damages paid out on the evidence tampering corruption, and its cover up, can double and triple the financial obligations of the citizens in Oceanside, and other cities and counties. Each of the Oceanside Police Officers, and other agency Police Officers, is connected to a Dirty District Attorney, and County civil litigation payments and damages are always shared with the Cities in the County, in one way or another.
